"Don’t bother making an appointment because they won’t see you at that time and you’ll be waiting hours to actually get seated in the chair. Staff are intrusive when canceling or rescheduling appointments. I waited an hour to get into the dental chair, she performed work for 30 minutes and said I had to go back and finish because my allotted appointment slot was done (even though I had an appointment and waited for an extensive Period of time). I’ve tried to be patient and understanding but my family and I will be looking for another dentist that respects our time"

"Worst place ever for dental visit. Very bad staff and dotor too. She will make you feel that your whole mouth is a piece of junk and you need more treatment in every single visit just to make money. Facility is very very tiny and hall way is that narrow that a single person even can not pass freely. Waiting time is way more than for one person as compare to getting dental service for whole family. My wife and two kids had fillings and this doctor took around 5 hours for my wife and one kid. She even refused to treat my other kid. If you have nothing to do and just to pass time in a junk, then this place will be okay for you. I will never recommend this facility, it's just a waste of time and money. I will never see them again in my whole life."

"Dr Bhatia is caring and compassionate dentist that really cares about you and your treatment. She takes her time to explain everything and wants you to make sure you understand how important dental hygiene is. She is wonderful."

"Had an overall great experience at the office. Doctor is very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining and answering questions. Went for a regular cleaning and had questions about issues I had. Still continuing my treatment and am happy with the service!"

"I had xrays, one filling and a cleaning, I had my lower eye tooth filled. It was a deep cavity gum line and inside. Dr Bhatia used Mercury to fill the tooth in the front and inside. I have not had mercury fillings in my mouth since the 1970's....My teeth are all done by another dentist and are beautiful, expect I have this gum line front bottom tooth that looks black, Dr Bhatia even lazered my gum to put the filling in, never grew back. The staff are rude, they did not know how to file to my insurance. I spent endless hours taking to the Ins Co, not my job, this went on for almost six months while I was awaiting aprroval for dentures.! Thank God, I switched, my teeth would have been horribel!! The waiting room is awefull! So happy I found a much better dentist! I wouldn't take my dog to her!"
