"THESE ARE NOT LICENSED COSMETOLOGIST. If you care about your curls, heat damage, or your hair health I don't recommend. Be careful who you let in your hair!!!! My hair is ginger and I went in for a color correction & a TRIM. I walked out with pink hair & a short cut I did not ask for. #1 red flag I came in with combed out hair, the lady started combing my hair from top to bottom with a incorrect brush (hard demi brush.) causing so much breakage being aggressive. Thats not how you handle hair. #2 I asked for a color correction of the light parts of my hair and a glaze was only put over my hair and my hair is now Different shades of pink. (How do you go from ginger to pink? ) Lady blow dryed my hair, flat ironed, blow dryed and flat ironed again. I have natural curly fine hair so it was no need for these many steps. Now my hair is heat damaged on top of incorrect color. I asked for my ends to be trimmed (my hair was 3-4 inches past my neck.) and I walked out with a bob cut. The lady just snipped my whole neckline going across and didn't even trim by layers. She did what she wanted to do & now I have a uneven bob. I am truly traumatized by this experience and my hair confidence ruined. Everything online isn't real."

"Best place to go for heat damage. I have naturally kinky hair and came here for a silk press for the first time in October. Ever since, my hair has been breaking off in clumps as I brush it due to them blow drying my hair AFTER flat ironing it and going back and forth between the two. My hair has gotten thinner because of it"
