"Update: This is a very dishonest practice. Avoid at all cost! I received my insurance claim for out of network despite on the website/on the phone they said they accept my insurance. They also charged maximum amount for a service they couldn’t provide. They're scamming patients in pain. I was happy that they had a next day appointment for my root canal for 11AM. However, Dr Choi changed my appointment time to 7:45AM on a Saturday, said otherwise she wouldn't have time to do my procedure. When I showed up, she did a check up for 5 min and told me that she can't perform a root canal and I had to wait till 3PM to see another dentist, which was very unprofessional since she didn't make it clear when I talked to her the day before. I wouldn't have come in if you told me you can't perform the procedure I asked for. What a waste of time."

"I found Emergency Dentist in google search, not really knowing what to expect. The receptionist answered phone around 8 PM and was very professional, agreeing to have dentist see my wife on Christmas Eve. Dr. Isaac helped stabilize the situation. During the next few days, he was available to answer any questions. In short, he was a true professional and we are grateful. The dentist was out of network for our insurance, and not cheap. But given availability on Christmas Eve and high degree of professionalism, we didn’t mind paying."

"I’m my trip to NYC I broke a tooth which cause a lot of pain. It was easy to get an appointment early in the morning on a Saturday. Dr. Alex took great care and refilled my tooth. Yes it was expensive but I hope claim it back. Would definitely recommend for an emergency."

"Went in for an infection in my tooth with my face swollen and in pain. I didnt know I had a cyst. Dr Issac was able to see my the same day, assess me, treat the infection, remove the cyst, and I left pain free. His office also got in touch with me later on that night to make sure everything was okay after the procedure. Will be continuing to follow up with him. He was very friendly, answered my questions (without rushing or dismissing me) and professional. Definitely recommend him."
