"They charge you almost 7% if you pay with card,no matter if is debit or credit,also with Zelle. I’m very disappointed with this spa because of that,also some services it’s very expensive,comparable to other places."

"I had a bad experience at the salon, the first time I went to get my nails done, I had an appointment for 6pm and I was simply attended to 45 minutes late, YES... YES 45 Minutes late. 45 minutes late would be enough to practically finish my service. I confess that the urge was to give up, leave and never set foot there again, but I really needed to get my nails done and at the time I couldn't find another place to be attended to. Sorry, but I really had to leave this comment because a delay of 5, 10 minutes is ok, but 45 minutes is a lack of respect with which you make an advance appointment so you don't have to wait."

"I had an interesting experience at this beauty and spa location here on market Street. I was so pleased when I first heard about it because it's so close to my house. After work I came to get a pedicure and manicure... the women inside seemed friendly and attentive which is great. However when I sat down to get my nails done I noticed the towel being dirty and I also noticed there wasn't an area for my pedicure to wash my feet I figured maybe they have a portable pedicure spa tub or something. I was wrong when she was finished my manicure (which was done well ) she told me to put my feet on her leg when I asked if she was going to wash my feet she said no. If a place is advertising that it's a nail spa I would hope to at least get my feet washed and massaged especially after a long day at work. I hope the owners read this and make adjuments accordingly and try not to swindle they're clients on false advertisement. And on top of it not being any type of nail spa she charged me 40 dollars... I didn't get anything fancy no gel or crystals a straight normal mani and pedi... pretty pricy for not getting my feet rubbed."
