"I came to this place via Groupon for a cleaning. Of course I wasn’t expected being treated as a VIP, that was clear. I had an exam an X-rays, it seemed ok. Cleaning lasted 5 minutes, it was made in a rush, but it wasn’t bad. At the end, they gave me results for my he exams but sorry guys: I don’t have $10.000 to start a treatment with you, Thanks anyway."

"The Hispanic front desk woman has the best professionalism I’ve encountered in some years I’m so sorry I forgot her name but she deserves all the praise. Some of the staff were allowing later appointments skip earlier appointments and she put a stop to it, lovely respectful and courteous. I’ll definitely be back and refer all that need dental work to the L.E.S. dental group!"

"Quick and comprehensive service. Unlike at many dentists office where I feel like they upsell you and advise you to get dental treatments that you don’t need, this dentist office was not that way at all. In fact the opposite and advised me to not let any other dental offices tell me that I need work that I don’t actually need. Teeth were perfectly clean and advised that I come back in six months for a check up."

"This clinic is filthy. There was dirt and fallen hair all over the floor in the bathroom, hallway, and the room where I had my cleaning done. The hygienist was pretty rough cleaning my teeth, so in the process my blood splattered all over her face mask. Much to my shock and horror I saw her go and clean two other patients with the same dirty mask that had my blood splattered on it. Yikes! There was a long wait to speak with the dentist, which I was understanding about. However once she came in she was very brusque and condescending. She walked out without notice while I still had unanswered questions. I was billed $450 for antibiotics that were not covered by my insurance. I spoke with another dentist afterward who said that this particular antibiotic is pushed onto patients for profit, and there are cheaper alternative treatment routes that he would have recommended instead. I did research online which confirmed what he had said. Overall this was a pretty terrible experience. I left crying. I strongly recommend going elsewhere for a more honest and cleanly dental experience."
