"Hello everyone I personally hope ALL of you read this. First things first this lady has a cat in the store, if you don’t see it then they hid it in the bathroom or the waxing area so if you have allergies please stay away. Next let’s talk about service, I asked for one thing to be done and they did something entirely different I will post photographs on Yelp. I specifically asked for highlights and hair dye to be done to me and I showed them a photograph asked if it is possible, if it could be done and both workers confirmed that yes it will be done. After receiving confirmation I was like okay yay this is going to be great but it was not great it was a disaster that I paid 200 dollars for. I asked for a V cut and she did a U, the hair color and dye was completely different 100000% different than what I showed them. If it was similar I would have been FINE i would have been OKAY but IT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE ANYTHING I ASKED FOR STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if I could sue this lady for what she did to my hair I would. She basically fried my scalp and it’s just so bad that I have to deep condition my hair in the shower every time i wash my hair because it turns into hard strings. Please for your own safety stay away from here, they even have a pet in the store which is very hazardous. I’m just so upset that my 200 dollars went to waste especially during corona time, I just wanted to look nice and they ruined me. If i could give zero stars I would. I don’t even think it’s legal to have an animal inside the salon I’ll be calling some people about that as it is a law. Don’t believe me? Than feel free to check salon requirements 61G5-20. OH and when they asked me to pay for the service I almost broke down, and I asked them what they did to me and they said that my "hair was too dark" Well when I asked if they were able to do my hair they could have given me that information rather than just ruin me, This all could have been prevented but no that lady just wanted my money."

"Great salon for men and women with very reasonable prices that are lower than other salons in North Jersey. My spouse gets highlights and haircuts here on her medium length hair and she's always happy with the results. The girls working here know what they're doing."
