"I was trying to find a mobile detailing by me and this business popped up. I read reviews and it sounded really good so I made an appointment same day/ today at 1pm. 1pm comes and I get a text saying the detailer (Will) is running late and will be at my house by 2. I called the business and spoke to Greg? to reschedule because I had somewhere to be by 5. He assured me that the service would be done by then (even if another person had to come and help). 2:10 comes and I tell Will my main concern were my front seats (I had stains from spilling my drinks a few times). Under 2 hours, Will and another man, were done with my car. I was surprised how fast they were! So I look at my car and it looks good. Will tells me the seats are still wet so let it dry a bit. Once I got back to the car an hour later, I noticed the stains are still there! Bigger stains were somewhat gone, but regardless, the other stains were still there!! I’m really annoyed because the reason I wanted to get the interior detailing was to remove those stains and they’re still there.. $266 for vacuuming and wiping down the dashboard and cup holder, I guess. Update: they came back a few days later to work on the stains. Most came out, but still had some small tough stains. They asked if I wanted them to come back, but I told them it was not necessary."

They picked up my factory new Tesla m3p and delivered it back over a weekend to treat and cure the coat with ceramic detailing. Trusty service, where they went above and beyond to clean the interior and treat the mats with a high quality detailing. Window shield to wheels appear detailed. 95% of factory coat defects appear resolved with a mirror-like shine. The car was delivered fresher than I received it from the dealership! A mild dissatisfaction with the resistance to road debris on the rear panel with questionable ceramic resistance after 150 miles of driving, but maybe that’s just our NJ weather (water spots forming rapidly only here)?? One drop of excess ceramic noted on a door panel. Absolutely worth the 5 star rating for a competitive $700 quote for a level 2 ceramic treatment and manual detailing. I will be a return customer."
