"The place is run mainly by the dentist himself and he has a receptionist. I mainly get cleaning done here and it is painless and easy. The dentist explains to you every time what he is doing and the purpose. You are in and out usually within 20 - 30 min, zero wait time."

My older sister went around the same time and he damaged her mouth so badly, going as far to leave a piece of NEEDLE in her gum that was found months later by another dentist. Her root canal was literally rotting out of her mouth after being fixed. She had to get two teeth pulled by him after. DO NOT go here if you don’t want follow up dentist bills from the damage he causes"

"Totally disappointed, he will send you charges after a year saying that you have forwarded balance but you never receive bills for it. And also $200 for cleaning ? That's ridiculous. And also nothing what he did just charges ! Don't go there!"

"HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Dr. Knapp truly cares about his patient’s dental care and their knowledge of dental care. First time patients receive a “crash course” in dental care 101. He informed me about how to improve my daily care in order to stop cavities and gingivitis. I came from another dentist who would just scold and say “you need to floss more”. Every 6 months I came in with yet another cavity. After seeing Dr. Knapp the first time and listening to his advice, I haven’t had a cavity since!! My favorite line of his goes something like, “I want you to make my job easier”. The better I can take care of my teeth, the easier and quicker he can get his job done. The first appointment I had with him lasted about an hour due to the mini consultation. After that, from the time I would enter and leave the office, I would be there for about 30 mins. Very quick and very efficient!"
