"I had an amazing experience at Dentistry at The Heights. The word "amazing" does not usually equate with going to the dentist, but not the case here! Everyone from the Front Office team to the Dental team were FANTASTIC! Take it from someone who has had their fair share of bad dental experiences. Again they were FANTASTIC, PROFESSIONAL, KIND & GRACIOUS! The only person I took issue with was the Office Manager who I found to be somewhat abrasive and rude. As a new patient there is always several pages of paperwork to complete. She rushed me to complete this paperwork! I let her know I completed the information online already; all I got was crickets...still awaiting her reply. DTH may want to work with her on Patient communication synergy"

"10 out of 10 would recommend, 2 thumbs up, 20 stars! Starting at the beginning the office is neat, clean and bright. Reception staff was friendly, welcoming and attentive and this was at the end of the day.. As soon as I got in the room the dental assistant and dentist tended to me, where my previous dentist made me wait 45 min to an hour after my appointment just to call me to a room, then another 20-30 min in the chair waiting just to be seen by anyone! Well NOT HERE! This place is awesome. They listened, asked questions gave their opinions and information every step of the way. Pricing was upfront, they gave options so NO STICKER SHOCK at the end. They were gentle and sympathetic to my procedures. They didn't try to sell me products or procedures I didn't need or want. If you need a new dentist and want to be treated like a person this is the place♥️ it here. I'mtellingeveryone!"
