"If I could give this less the one star I would. My crowns fell out on Christmas day and I went to this clinic a couple of days later. Seemed willing to help and then gave me a number I couldn't pay in full that day. They only care about the money, not the fact that I couldn't (and still haven't been able to eat). Now, after confirming that my visit and X-Rays were COVERED, they refuse to release my X-Rays to the office I have an appointment with today. STEER CLEAR. They do not care about you."

"I had the best appointment ever ! I got my teeth cleaned with Tye and hands down she’s the best ! Very gentle and informative. She made me feel very comfortable almost like we were friends forever. We joked we laughed and shared photos from the summer. I didn’t want my appointment to end and that’s a big deal for me. Dealing with dental anxiety sometimes I can be a little nervous and difficult. She made it easy for me to forget my fears. I wanted to even take my boyfriend’s appointment just to have more time with her. The office is wonderful and the front desk team was very helpful booking follow ups appointments. I can’t wait for my next appointment."

"5-star places are for real! I’ve looked into few dental places but get call back from this one and got lucky to get appt the same day. Receptionists were great and easy talk to. And not only that, when I came to office, I was emerged into surreal care and attention, education and advices. Never had that level of service in any other organization. I was treated as VIP. I would say it would be great self care day for anybody and healing at the same time. When I get home I found out more about them - they were nominated as best practice in the area! "I heard about Dental Associates of Lodi from an Invisalign promotion that they were having during the late summer of 2022. My teeth were not so crooked but I had over rotation in my front two teeth and I always wanted to perfect my smile. One year later, and I can’t stop smiling. I’m so pleased with the results. Dr. Liao and his team were great. Every visit was courteous and professional. The Invisalign process is also seamless. I love the ability to take them out whenever you need to. BUT you really have to be compliant with keeping them in for 20 hours or more a day. My favorite part was the day I completed my last aligner tray. What to expect: I got my new bite calibrated, buttons/anchors removed, edges filed, and whitening solution to take home. I would definitely recommend them."
