"I had a bad experience here. About 8 months after my full mouse restoration was completed my upper right lateral incisor broke off at the gum line while eating, and not biting into anything hard. I’ve been consistently using a dental mouse guard that I got from the 3rd party, not from Dr. Klotz, so I cannot attribute this failure to neglecting night guard protection. I went to another dentist who put a post in the root canal and fitted the existing crown on it. According to this dentist this fix might not last long and if/when it fails the only other way to replace the tooth is to use an implant. The reason I went to another dentist is the fact that I found it really challenging to get Dr. Klotz to address many issues I brought up multiple times during my extensive treatment. The issues like excessive trapping of food in my teeth, scraping/biting my cheeks, hitting my teeth when closing my mouth were eventually addressed by Dr. Klotz but not completely. I accepted some of these issues as a fact of my after-treatment life but the tooth breaking so fast after treatment was the trigger for me to write this review. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Dr. Klotz if you require extensive dental work. On a positive note, the office staff are professional, friendly and accommodating."

"If you are in need of prosthodontist assistance, I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Klotz and the staff. Dr. Klotz is excellent at putting technical information into layman’s terms, so you always understand exactly what is being done, and why. His proficiency and attention to detail gave me the best possible result. The office staff, dental assistant and hygienist are all pleasant and professional, and the Doctor and staff all endeavor to make you feel comfortable. The office runs like clockwork; in 5 or 6 visits I never had a wait of more than a couple of minutes from my appointment time. I would not hesitate to recommend this practice."

No one enjoys going to the dentist but I can sincerely say Dr. Klotz is an amazing dentist that puts all your fears and anxieties to rest. I had two teeth pulled and two implants done over the course of the year. Not fun but Dr. Klotz’s kind, caring persona made the whole experience as pleasant as it could be.
