"Unorganized and incompetent. My son chipped his tooth. I called this office and made an appt to get it fixed. I called 3 times prior to the appt to confirm insurance. I wake up early on my only day off to bring him in and they tell me they have him scheduled as a cleaning and no one ever confirmed my insurance. They want to charge me in full for the services. Absolutely unprofessional and waste of time. I am beyond pissed."

"Took our daughter to this dental office for cleaning and the service was terrible. Our 6 years old daughter was nervous and started crying and the nurse was treating her like adult commenting that what she was doing was not painful. Children can get anxious even if there is no pain and most doctors/nurses know how to soothe or distract them but this nurse was rude which made our daughter even more nervous. The doctor came in and tried to distract her and do the cleaning a bit. She was nice. But overall, our daughter was not treated right and didn’t not get the cleaning that we paid for."

Patient and caring, with the best personality! My daughter just adores her! Dr. Heller, Dr. Jessica, and Dr. Renee are simply the best! The most amazing office and staff. I promise you will not find a better dental practice than Kreiner!"

She gave me many helpful tips during the cleaning which I plan to implement in my daily routine. The X-ray process was painless (which is a first for me).
