"This dentist is extremely unprofessional and should not be seeing patients. My husband came in for a first time consultation where the dentist was wearing one glove with a loud television in the room playing stock news. My husband was told to put a plastic piece in his mouth and hold it with his own hands, all while he doused his hands with hand sanitizer which started to fall in his mouth while he was hold the piece. No dental assistant in sight, he then had the radiation machine put directly on his face and blasted 5 times. After all that the dentist took a personal call and told my husband to wait 15 minutes. We left from how disgustingly unprofessional and unhygienic he was."

"This doctor is evil. He manipulates the system. He double bills and hold your needed dentures hostage by consistently making request to the lab his uses for denture replacement that cannot be accepted. He had my dentures for 5 months and they are still in his possession. He is a greedy monster. I have the burden of writing an abuse complaint and am still without the denture i and the insurance company paid him for the same work still undone. My advice to anyone who is thinking about utilizing him is to think better."

Every dentist clinic when you take the X rays you hold the tool by your teeth but in his clinic I had to hold it by my fingers exposing them to the radiation which he (Pourang) said it is less than the Sun radiation . 2. He told me that I needed teeth filling despite I didn't need it because I was chewing the food beautifully without pain before I went to his clinic . 3. I was surprised after he finished the filling as he said he conducted the filling for four teeth . I thought he done it for one tooth or two . He should have got my authorization to do four beforehand . 4. He should have told me that teeth filling causes pain for one month and plus . After almost two months I still suffer pain and feel both of the cold and hot drinks which I didn't have before I been to him ."

"Before I saw Dr Bral a few months ago, I was going to another dentist for a few years. The other dentist was trying unsuccessfully to place implants in my jaw to anchor a denture to so it does not move around. The implants became painful and loose and eventually had to be removed. Dr. Bral was very thorough. He called the other dentist to find out what went wrong so he would not repeat those mistakes again. Then he ordered some special x-rays of my mouth, something that the other doctor never did. He told me that he will place 3 implants for me to secure the denture. But at the time of surgery he said that he talked to the implant company and it is best to place 4 implants but he will not charge me any extra. I could not be more pleased. Then he fit the denture to the implants and it is functioning well. He was very pleasant and came across as knowledgeable and caring. I am very happy I chose him for my implant case."
