"The level of this woman’s unprofessionalism is unbelievable. To know that someone runs a whole business out of scamming hard working people out of their money is really sad. My husband ordered hair from her almost two weeks in advance for delivery and because she did not send the hair when she was supposed to she had to come and drop the hair literally the night before my hair appointment. And that was not the worst of it all. When I opened the hair, I was so baffled by the fact that the hair bundles I got from her were not full bundle. They looked like she had cut bundles in half to made them unto separate bundles to make them look like full bundles . In that moment I realized I had just been scammed out of $530. It is sad when you want to support black owned businesses and you encounter people like this with a horrible t level of unprofessional. Please please do yourself a favor and proceed with caution when dealing with this lady. She has no morals and would do anything to make profit off of people, even if it means scamming people out of their money ."

"Melandie did an amazing job with my hair. I went from never having a color treatment to purple. Let’s just say I had to trust the process. Not only did she do an amazing job with my hair she poured and uplifted my spirit. I was feelin” myself afterwards. "I felt cheated and wanted to give fair warning to anyone who might be in the same position. Custom wig, the owner ordered the hair for $188, $347 to make the wig!! Customer service was horrible sorry to say, from being on the phone through out appointment to “ I showed up for the app which was prior thanksgiving event only to be told the hair had not arrived. No courtesy call day before. So I ended up getting it done after thanksgiving. Sadly after all the money & poor experience, I DONT like the hair:("
