"I've been using them for years, and they've never failed nor disappointed me. My driver is always on time, and sends me a text before pickup so I know I don't have to worry about him. The price is competitive, and I always got a dependable ride when I need it, with the vehicle we need to fit all our luggage. The one time I tried to schedule an Ub3r XL to the airport, the Ub3r was 5 minutes late, and I had to call a second one because all the luggage didn't fit even in their version of a large SUV. Further Ub3r calamities ensued on our return from the airport, sealing the deal that I wouldn't be experimenting again. Thanks for being there for me and my family."

"I was excited to find a car service that provided car seats for my two young children. After the driver had loaded all of our luggage into the car, he realized he only had one booster seat- which was not appropriate for either of my kids. I had called the company the day before to confirm the 2 car seats and they assured me everything was ready to go. After they showed up completely unprepared, I called the company and they said the driver would be back in 30 minutes with the correct car seats. This was untrue because EWR is at the very least 50 minutes away from Wyckoff. The dispatcher wouldn’t let us talk to anyone else. From a parent stand point, this is completely unacceptable, especially when they did nothing to try to make it right. Thankfully, my husband found a more reputable car service that picked us up very quickly with the correct car seats. I would not recommend this car service to any family!"

Jazz is a pleasure to ride with! Wyckoff is a family of drivers & we have enjoyed meeting them! I travel by myself some & I feel safe when picked up by them! I like the getting the text from the driver to let me know they are waiting! They always accommodate my husband and I even if we need them on short notice! I emailed for a quote stating what I needed and they responded very quickly Tom who I spoke with to book the service was very clear, professional and friendly I hired Wyckoff car service to take my son and his girlfriend to a concert at Citi field in Queens, NY. The driver Tony was on time , courteous and professional. From the pick up at my house to the pick up at the end of the concert and back home was flawless. They were very reasonably priced. I will definitely be recommending and hiring Wyckoff car service again in the future. Very pleased!!"
