"Dr.Pizzano is really the best dentist I’ve ever had. Truly, I can’t say enough good things about him, he’s an angel and he’s so caring, kind, and very gentle when working on you. Embarrassingly, I had severe decay from a multitude of things (who’s ever heard of a 25 year old needing 12 extractions?). For years I kept being sent to awful dentists and I had so many traumatic experiences my anxiety would not allow me to go until I had multiple abscesses, facial swelling, fevers, and I didn’t have a choice anymore because the antibiotics I would take at home weren’t working anymore, and even then I had to get dragged in by 2 people to go because I was so scared. The first time I saw him was the first time I was seeing a dentist in 8 years. I was expecting to be berated and humiliated for my bad teeth (like other dentists have.) But he was really kind to me and didn’t make me feel embarrassed at all. And he was really gentle while looking around my mouth. He actually made sure to recommend me to an amazing endo to get the extractions. Those 2 would make the best dental team if they ever got together. Just yesterday I had my front teeth fillings done. And he did an AMAZING job! He worked really hard on it and made sure to take the time to match the color PERFECTLY. And when he does the numbing shots you can hardly feel them. He actually uses the thinnest needle possible to cause the least amount of discomfort too. I’m sure it’s also his technique that makes it painless too. When he told me he was about to do the shot, I was actually waiting and didn’t realize he finished it until he walked away and my mouth was numb! And the last visit he did 4 fillings and I fell asleep twice while he was working on me! Someone like me who’s had to be put under because my anxiety was too bad or stuck in the soundproof room as a child because I was the terrible patient, I never thought it was possible I could actually be at ease going to the dentist. I really can’t say enough good things about Dr. Pizzano. If it weren’t for him I’d probably have died from a blood infection because I’d rather deal with the pain than face the dentist. A true godsend."

"Should have known better and believed the horrible reviews. Lesson learned. I have never met a more arrogant office manager (who, btw is the owner but not a dentist)! I never even saw the dentist in my short time there because I ran for the hills when office manager started giving me unnecessary attitude and talked to me in a condescending tone. I should have listened to my gut. The Hygienist was super nice. She can do so much better than to work for such rude person."

"In order to be able to write a review, I have to give 1 star.. I wish I could give zero. My wife and I both made appointments on separate occasions and both times when we went they said we didn’t have you booked. I wasted my day off of work and now am scrambling last minute to find another dentist for a simple cleaning. This man who answers the phone is clearly an idiot who doesn’t know how to book an appointment for clients or do anything. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else"

"UPDATE: Since my complaint from my previous 2-star review (see below) centered on the fact that they always showed a 24 hour news channel that was inappropriate for young kids in their waiting room filled with young kids, I feel the need to update my review. In my latest visit, HGTV was playing. That made for a much more pleasant visit. On top of that, my son was seen right away. The dentist is very friendly. I raised the rating to 3 stars. OLD REVIEW: My list of complaints grows with each visit, but perhaps my greatest complaint is that, despite having a waiting room filled with kids whenever you go, they insist on having a 24 hour news channel playing at all times. It is one story of terror, murder, or abuse after another and the kids are a captive audience. Each time I go, I ask if they could turn the channel, and each time I get a story like, "People aren't happy with any channel we set it at, so we keep it on the news." Well, I'm sure they would offend less people with ESPN or HGTV.....My wife just got back with my son, and she too had a horrible 1 hour long experience in the waiting room. The dentist and hygienist seem very nice, but between the waiting room and less than helpful staff, we are clearly disappointed with the service."
