"I just had a (desperately needed) color (full highlights) by Rog, and haircut by Suada. They both did an absolutely FANTASTIC job on my hair!!! I look like a new person."
"PROS: - Fiola (a Level 2 stylist at this time) just gave my 14-year-old a haircut that my daughter said is a "10 out of 10." She took the time to understand exactly how long we wanted the shortest layer to be and did this all with a gentle and relaxed demeanor. My daughter's haircut looks beautiful. - Even when booking the appointment, the woman on the phone (I think her name was Maria?) went through all of the stylists and their corresponding levels/cost -- a great experience all around. - If you have a minor, they have a 10% weekday (I'm unsure if it includes Fridays) discount for kids. CONS: - If you use a credit card to pay for the cut, they charge you that 3% surcharge that lots of places are doing now (understandable). So just make sure you bring enough cash.
