"They were all kind but she proceeded to give me the entire opposite of what I asked for. I asked to keep length in my hair because I’m growing it out and I just wanted it shaped up a little and some layers and she cut way more off than I asked for. I showed her what I wanted it to look like and she gave me nothing close. I asked her to THIN my beard out a bit and she shaved the whole thing off. I’m really upset about the experience. I think my hair looked better when I came in vs after the haircut. I don’t even leave reviews but this was not a good haircut. First picture is what i asked for and the second is what I got"

"front desk employees and managers need more training in customer service as they are rude. They offer you a discount (senior etc) initially and when you pay, they overcharge! Fantastic Sams charged $9 more than another haircut franchise, Great Clips, which is within a mile on the other side of the highway. Great clips staff was much friendlier."

"I was in a rush and I walked in and not even 1 minute I was sitting in a chair with a very professional lady that listened to my request and did not try to change my mind about what I wanted or her opinion. She was very friendly and the place was very clean well light the ambience was a perfect. No complaints just simply a great experience. I will definitely go again and I have recommended this salon to family and friends."
