"I’ve had horrible experiences at this office and their staff and management. I have a terrible fear of the dentist and the entire staff just made it worse. They told me I needed a root canal and to see a specialist, first appointment I could get is 2 weeks away and they’ve left me without treatment and in pain for those two weeks with no help. When I called and spoke to the office manager telling her how much pain I was in she called me “ridiculous” and “irrational”. When I asked for them to call something in for the pain she insinuated I just wanted pain medication meanwhile I’m a respectable mother of two who is in agony . I’ve never been so insulted in my life. Another example is when I had an appointment for treatment and made it clear I needed the laughing gas for my appointment as I get severe anxiety being in a dentists office and getting work done. I showed up to my appointment and they told me they didn’t have any gas because someone left it on overnight and to just try to have the procedure done without. I left that office in tears. I do not recommend this office at all, especially if you have a fear of dentists. If I could, I would give them 0 stars. Completely unprofessional. I’m disgusted."

Since my first appointment with Dr. Raymond, my experience has been nothing but amazing. She creates a comfortable environment, performs quality work, and genuinely cares for her patients. Dr. Raymond and her entire staff have always been welcoming, compassionate, and down to earth. I can confidently say that Dr. Raymond is the best dentist that I’ve ever had."

"Dr. Raymond is the best dentist ever! I have been going to her for over 15 years now & bring my three children to her also. We actually travel all the way to Hawthorne from Mount Olive to see her but it’s worth it. My kids actually look forward to their dental visits because Dr. Raymond is such a sweetheart and treats them like family. She is a professional, talented & down to earth dentist & the office is clean and modern. A very comfortable atmosphere. The staff is also great &very friendly. They always fit us in for an appointment when it’s convenient for us. I highly recommend Dr.Raymond to anyone looking for a dentist."

"Had to get 2 fillings today and was scared out of my mind! (Never had a good experience at a dentist office) she made me feel extremely comfortable, even put on music I like so I wouldn't hear the tools, and the pain was completely gone by the time I left. From now on, I'm not going anywhere else!"
