"The Dentist numbed half my mouth and was talking to a friend about cookies and things. He kept excusing himself for doing other things. Maybe, because he was just opening it was fairly new but I haven't been back since. I miss my prior dentist. Yes very unprofessional, I felt he knew he didn't numb my whole mouth. I said it isn't enough. People take advantage when they're in an urban area and most are on NJ Healthcare. Very sad!!!"

"I'm so happy I found this office. All of the employees are pleasant and helpful. I was having a dental emergency...went to West Broadway Dental on a friday (my original office for YEARS) I was in EXCRUCIATING pain and the manager didn't help me b/c of a computer error with my insurance and told me to wait till Monday so I went to ER TWICE in one night-St. Joe's couldn't do anything , but give me a novacane shot that lasted less than an hour and 2 regular Tylenols-nothing worked!...I called different emergency dentists and no call back. This went on for two days, and I couldn't sleep for 3 nights. The 3rd morning I called my insurance company they gave me a list of other dentists; I called the first on the list and they didn't answer then I tried ~Dental PM~ they gave me an appt. right away! The lovely lady at the front desk saw I was in agony so they took my pain away less than 5 min after arrival... The dentist Rodriguez, Rafael D, DDS, the dental assistants..everyone was so great. They seriously saved my sanity! I was comfortable in there..the energy was pleasant, the office was clean, and the dentist was very informative! I left smiling and out of pain. Needless to say they are my new primary dentist office! Totally recommended."
