"Broke down called dispatch said driver would be there in half an hour . Driver showed up 20 minutes later (10 minutes earlier than dispatch) awesome service from driver very understanding we went to dealership but had to go to different location to drop it off . He maneuvered out of that lot like the professional he is . Also if you see a tow truck on side of road please give these guys room and slow down . A tractor trailer flew buy him so close . These guys take there life in there hands to tow vehicles so please consider that next time you see one ."
"Jim L was great. They showed up very quickly and even helped me push the car at the mechanics which was in a very tight space."
"Had a really great experience with a very helpful driver who made us feel at ease about having our camper van towed. He did a great job, came on time, was quick and also thorough."
"Broke down on 46 West. Called Criger’s and they arrived sooner than promised. The driver Jimmy was concerned with getting me off the highway and home safely. Great Service! Down to earth people. They go ABOVE & BEYOND!! I recommend them for road service and towing. Shout out to Jimmy! Thank You!!"
"I can't say enough bad things about this place. I won't call it a business because what they did to me was criminal. They held my vehicle hostage for 1 week after towing it from a minor car accident. They gave excuse after excuse to me and my insurance company each time an attempt was made to pick up the car to take it to a service center. The best excuse was "My manager isn't here". Maybe your manager should get to work more since it took your manager 1 week to tell my insurance company how much the fees were. After 4 days of captivity, on a Friday afternoon, they tell my insurance company that they need the vehicle owner to come down in person to sign a release. Of course I ran there in 30 minutes only to find out they close in a couple hours AND guess what? They're closed all weekend! This was done intentionally in order to sit on my car all weekend so that they could milk some more from my insurance. These people caused me stress, aggravation, loss of time and money for one week. I hope the Fairfield Police Department cancels your contract! I already notified them of your shady ethics."
