I always feel like I'm putting together a jigsaw puzzle whenever I attempt to schedule service to then have them call to switch it up a day before to then have them calm you the day of to switch it up again. "The worst front desk crew ever! I tried to give them a 2nd chance and I realized they are just rude. 1. Forgot to log my appointment in the book. I waited 3hrs for me turn which was @ 12.45. The 1:00 & 1:15 appointments were taken before me. When I questioned why their response was the person who told me I was next should not have said that because they were next!!!! I waited because I was due for a cleaning and new I would have a full year to find a new dentist!!!! The office manager made my appointment and when she came in she said she didn't know what happened and that was the end of our conversation! 2. Yesterday I called the insurance company to find someone because they did not answer their phone. When the insurance company reached them a person from that office said " No wonder my husbands tooth broke because he didn't keep his last appointment".... I WOULD LIKE TO RATE THIS OFFICE AS ZERO BUT THIS SYSTEM WON'T ALLOW IT......If you expect great customer service.....STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!"
