"On my first appointment, I was afraid that I wouldn't be seen because I was late. However, staff was very courteously, diligently, and swiftly moved me long the intake process. Dr. Kim and his team were very gentle with my routine cleaning. Thanks everyone."

"This comment has nothing against any dentist that works there because I did not have service by any of them. I set an appointment online for December 5th. I showed up with my children on time when I ran into an African-American woman who works there. Not sure if she was the receptionist or what her position was. This was our first time attending this business. She was extremely rude, very unprofessional, and snappy with the way that she spoke to me. She had nothing but attitude with me and told me there was no way I had an appointment today because they were not open on that day. I had advised her I made the appointment online and had never been there so how could I know that they were closed if they allowed me to book an appointment online for that day. She claims that she called me to change the appointment but she never did. She then said that she emailed me so I checked my email. She emailed me 1 hour before the appointment time telling me that it would be rescheduled but I was not looking at the email. I feel like the proper way to handle that would have been to call me and tell me instead of having me travel all the way over there uselessly with my family especially since I removed them from school early uselessly. She then gave me some papers to fill out but told me I could not feel them out on her counter as I had started to and that I needed me to take them home. I choose not to deal with this business because of her unprofessional, mean, argumentative demeanor. Business should not be handled this way. An African-American lady being and acting extremely ignorant. So she had rescheduled my appointments for the next day but I canceled. I don't want to do business with people like that especially having my children around that. They need to get rid of her because I'm sure that I am not the first business that she's chased away"

"This was the first Dentist that actually helped me. I’ve been suffering from bad teeth for a while now. Every time I trusted a dentist with my teeth they disappointed me and played in my mouth. They’d normally set up a plan of 10 different appointments to fix things in my mouth. Which caused me to take out of work more than necessary. I’ve also missed appointments because I couldn’t get off of work for certain appointments. Which resulted to me losing my insurance at a point. But the Doctor at Nova Dental handled everything in 2 appointments. He seen I’ve had a hard time and wanted to help me. He took great care of me and treated me quickly! I’d recommend Nova Dental to anyone who has Medicaid and is used to doctors giving them the bare minimum due to dental care being free for the less fortunate. Because here, it’s different! Thanks so much guys!"

"Upon entering the waiting room the space was clean and the staff was sweet and welcoming. The receptionist was busy but she handled it well. In the mist of handling paperwork and clients walking in she welcomed everyone with a smile and morning greetings. When taken to my room where x-rays were conducted, the assistant was the sweetest she explained what she was doing and the next steps to come. I had an issue with my blood pressure but she helped keep me calm and you can tell she cared. They all did at the office. The doctor was gentle and explained what had to be done to get things fixed. He took his time but quickly got the job done. Overall I felt they were warm and welcoming to all the customers there. I really enjoyed my visit and would recommend to others."

"Very clean office, professional and friendly front desk staff and assistant is very professional and polite. They were helpful and the the doctor took her time to explain the procedure and to make sure I understood and I was comfortable. Looking forward to my next visit."
