Out of all interactions I’ve had with Drs offices, this location is the kindest staff I’ve ever encountered. Dr Massabny takes the time to explain any concerns you have, while being kind and not dismissive. 10/10 office overall, and they have easily become my dentist’s office for a long time to come. "Can't recommend and wouldn't go back. Been going to this dentist for about a year or so now. Recently I've been having a lot of pain in my root canal tooth. They took me in for multiple emergency appointments which I appreciated; however the dentist only made it worse. Became unbearable pain. She insisted that it was from either grinding my teeth or from eating something hard and that it can't be an infection. Pain was so bad I had to go to the hospital twice; it was badly infected. I was in very severe pain for multiple days which could've been avoided if the dentist properly diagnosed me. Overall the dentist here misdiagnosed me and made my pain worse than it already was."

They were proactive allowing me to make appointments based on procedures that I might need to complete the process . They were honest during my exams not suggesting unnecessary procedures.
