"It seems that they are billing the customers even after they have been paid by the insurance companies EVEN if the insurance companies have a re negotiated price with them. Looking back at original comment, they are baiting and switching pricing to upsell without permission. Additionally they seem to operate on temp staffing in their office which definitely leads to a lot of billing mistakes that if you dont pay attention will cost you more than you should be paying. Go to another dentist that isnt shady and awful."

"If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, beware. They want 48 hours notice. I gave them 24 hours notice but that wasn’t good enough. They charge you $50. So my $5 appt ended up costing me $50 for a non appt. I’m disabled and on a fixed income. I also had something come up that prevented me from keeping my appt. Ridiculous!"
