"As soon as I left this place I went crying in my car. My hair is a mess, it is nothing like what I ask for. The two women working at the salon were not friendly and they seemed frustrated with me for some reason. I showed a picture of what I wanted for my hair, ( a picture of me with a hair cut I got a few years ago, so it was perfectly double) she didn’t even care, she did not look at the picture, she started to chop, chop and chop. She cut my hair so short, give heavy layers to it. When she was done she told me, pretty aggressively, that my hair won’t go they way I asked so she did it they way she wanted. Then she proceeded to dry my hair without even asking what my preference was. I ended up with messy hair, I can’t do anything with it, it won’t stay in place, it does not have a shape, it’s just short and uneven with big choppy layers. Never got such a ugly hair cut in my life. The worst experience I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this place."
