"Probably the worst customer experience I had in US in all these years (men's section). The one doing my hair was constantly fighting with his coworker animatedly, the manager had to intervene and told them to finish off customer first. But he paid no heed. To top it, he also demanded tip in a threatening tone and when I pointed out the horrible experience, he was very rude saying not to come back again. Of course, I am not going to. Just wondering why non- Americans, especially those of Indian origin continue to visit here while there are many close by with much better customer experience."
