"Had a scheduled visit to have some dental work done for my 7 year old daughter, rushed there only to be told that I was not allowed to stay and hold her hand during the procedure. Left not to return there again. One extra star only because routine check up and cleaning last month was ok. After business response I am taking off a star since the business is unable to accept constructive feedback (I did not say I was asked to leave the premises, but not being able to stay with the child). I am sure I am not the first parent who prefers to stay with the child during the procedure and should have been notified in advance that it was not allowed for whatever reason."

"what a phenomenal experience at this dental practice. The staff were all professional and conducive to a pediatric dental practice in particular. My daughter is 3 years old and the dental hygienist, along with Dr. Desmoines took the time to make my daughter feel and become acclimated with the office and the tools used for a check up/ cleaning. Dr. Desmoines is a phenomenal dentist, she genuinely took the time to establish a working rapport with my daughter and asked questions no other dentist asked. I was referred to her by a close friend and I could happily and comfortably say I recommend her as well, without any reservations.
