"This was my first time at this salon and I had a poor experience. It took 2 hours from start to finish to complete my manicure and a significant amount of time to remove the polish from my nails which resulted in discomfort. I expressed discomfort/pain related to the duration of time my hands were soaked in polish remover. My comments were disregarded and my nails were repeatedly soaked for extended periods of time. I was patient throughout but disappointed by the response. The staff blamed the negative experience on the salon I typically go to rather than taking any responsibility. They acted as though it was my fault. I have been to several other salons that have not had any issue completing the same process without causing pain in a reasonable time frame. Overall I was willing to overlook my experience but I’m incredibly disappointed by the way I was treated by the staff. The people around me getting regular manicures with traditional polish seemed to be having better experiences. I would not recommend this salon for anyone hoping to get a manicure other than traditional polish."

"I love this place. I’ve been coming to them for years. About 7 or 8 years. I’d follow them anywhere they go bcs I love the way they do my nails. The service is like no other . They accommodate me when I need it. I’m a nurse so my schedule is crazy hours and I get out early randomly and I can call them and get squeezed last minute bcs they take care of me and all their clients. Dawn is the owner and also my dear friend she makes it happen for me ALWAYS . She also does amazing lashes I go nowhere else. I recommend everyone I know to Element ‘ they are always happy with their service. I don’t what I’ll do if they leave NY. I guess I’ll be taking trips lol. Love them all xoxo"

"I recently moved to Goshen and was tired of going to Middletown every time I needed a mani or pedi. One day I was walking home in the pouring rain and just happened to notice this place on the same street I live on !! I walked in and they took me right away. Really really nice and clean high end looking salon. High end , but prices pretty much the same as any other place I’ve been to. I got a deluxe pedicure (that’s not what it’s called , but I forgot the actual name). The lady that did my pedicure did such a nice job and took a lot of time and care ! It was almost an hour of massage and pampering for my feet ! It was amazing. Best pedicure I’ve had in probably 10+ years. I also really appreciated that the lady went through all the prices and anything that cost extra then originally quoted prices and made sure I was okay with it before starting. A lot of other salons will just do it and then surprise you at the end with a higher bill than expected. I was really happy with every aspect of my pedicure and the environment. Definitely my new nail place ! Thank you so much."

"I had a 9:15 pedicure appointment and I arrived a little early. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked to pick my color. Cindy was great. She started on me right away asked me how the temp of the water was, and performed an excellent pedicure where she took her time and gave a relaxing massage. My toes look lovely and I'm excited to go back before my baby girl arrives she did a great job, thank you!"
