Holistic Dental Center

"Well to my surprise once I had decided to make a phone call for my first consultation with "Holistic Dental Center" This wonderful receptionist *Yiną* answered the phone with this most composed pleasant voice and equally answered my various important questions! Then, I requested several dates for my first consultation appointment Which were not available at the time but *Yina* called me back within a day to accommodate me with an earlier appointment. Which worked for me:) Then on my appointment date. I met this fine receptionist in person with the same pleasant energy and smiley face. I knew right away>Remembering long ago mom said to me "How you're greeted by the receptionist is the over all representation of the business, company. Oh yes this was the fact after meeting their team that day!!! I have chosen to move forward and trust "Holistic Dental Center to beam up my smile. *Yina* I'm thanking you once again.."

"Had my first ever tooth extraction! The team was patient and kind the entire process! Also got rid of a big infection in that tooth and since then I’ve been getting great sleep every night! It was worth the trip (I live an hour out) and the temporary uncomfortable experience lol"

"I have been to this place a couple times. I saw Dr. Gashinsky who I liked and saw the same hygienist both times. She was great! Second time I got a tooth filling done and the doctor said i should not have any pain. But three hours after I went home and anesthesia started wearing off, I had throbbing pain with swelling to the point I couldn’t even fully open my mouth. I called the next day to make sure this was normal. Doctor said I should not have any pain with filling, just sensitivity. On day three swelling was okay but I still had very swollen red gums and pain that I still couldn’t chew properly. Called again to see if there is a cause for concern since the doctor said I should not experience pain. Couldn’t reach the doctor in the morning so called again in the afternoon around 2PM (4-5 hours after my first call) The person at the main desk (Gabby) was very rude and made it seem like I was annoying her. The doctor also reacted the same way like I shouldn’t have called. If this gets worse, I’d probably go to a different dentist or urgent care, I don’t feel comfortable going back here. Making sure patients are doing okay after a procedure should be part of the care. I was very surprised with how the doctor and Gabby spoke to me. I think dental cleanings are fine but I wouldn’t go back for any treatments here based on my experience"
