"Dr. Cohen was outstanding! This was my first time here as a patient due to an emergency, where a previous bonding chipped on my front and center tooth. My dentist of whom i've been seeing for over 10 years, was unable to squeeze me in, but could tomorrow. I was in a state of panic, feeling like there was no way I could wait until tomorrow. I called dentist after dentist, and once I reached Dr. Cohen's office, the front desk staff was able to schedule me, which I thought was extremely sincere, especially as a new patient! Peter, my dental assistant, made me feel so comfortable while waiting to meet Dr. Cohen. He made great conversation, was funny, and made me feel like I had been a patient for years. Dr. Cohen was able to re-bond my tooth (better than it looked before!) and was completely honest with me regarding next steps. Overall, Dr.Cohen and his staff made me feel so comfortable and genuinely understood and sympathized with me regarding feeling I needed to urgently have my tooth repaired.
