"Completely unresponsive. Took my new Volvo for body work per the recommendation of our dealer. They keep saying they are going to send a quote, yet to receive anything. It’s been 3 weeks and I have followed up 3 times and still nothing. Would not work with them in the future, can’t trust they will get the job done."

"Great experience at George's Suburban. I went to George's for a hood and front bumper repaint on a 2000 Volvo V70. They did an excellent job on the front bumper. When I noticed the paint job on the hood was splotchy after a few weeks, I brought the car back. They then repainted the hood for no charge! After the repaint I was very satisfied. Worked with Sean who was very helpful throughout the whole process. Can't recommend these guys enough."

"I was just reviewing the repair history on our 2006 Hyundai Sonata. This review is for work done in 2007 and 2009. The first work was to my left rear fender and gas door. It has been quite a few years, but the bondo is wrinkled and the paint is peeling. As for the 2009 bumper repair, the work lasted about 8 months and then was peeling. The shop blamed me for running over rocks, hitting curbs and other damaging abuse, and the owner was abusive, called me names and yelling at me. Since this was an AAA approved shop, AAA said they would have George's re-do the work. I declined, repainted the bumper myself, and now 10 years later it is still fine. Unless things have drastically changed I cannot recommend this shop for any work."

"I have used George's many, many times over the years and they have always done excellent work and been very reliable. Work has included brand new high end cars, regular SUVs, and a classic roadster. I highly recommend them as fair, honest and very competent. Ok this review sounds a bit like an inside review, but honestly I do not write many reviews, only when they are really good or bad - and these guys are really good. Ask Mike for references and I am sure any of his customers will attest to the same quality service."
