"I have been a patient with Integrative Dental Care for a number of years and always had a good experience before Dr. Robert Wortzel retired. The admin team seems to have changed over and no longer communicates well with patients about their charges for their services. My last visit was in late July. I received a copy of the claim from my insurer (CIGNA) in early August and noticed that the contract rates CIGNA pays were much lower now that the new dental team has taken over. This concerned me because I was being advised to have an old crown replaced. This is quite expensive and would be almost totally out of pocket even though I have dental insurance that I pay for each month. I reached out to the admin team about this in early August and was told that they would review it and check out what my procedure would cost and look at alternatives. They didn't call back so I tried again in the first part of September as I had an appointment later that month for the work. I was told my request fell through the cracks as a member of their team was out of the office for some time. Again, I was told that they would look into it and provide me with an estimate of coverage for my procedure. They didn't call back. But, I received a credit card charge on November 17 relating to my July visit (3 months after the fact) for fees my insurer didn't pay them. There was also no explanation of the charges or notification that they were charging my credit card. I had to dig through the claim records to figure out the charge. What I have learned from this is if you are insured by CIGNA, find another dentist since your insurance covers little and the admin team doesn't work with you. As along time patient, I would have considered changing insurance carriers, or looked at other solutions, if someone paid attention, but they didn't. I now have a new dentist in CIGNA's network."

"I absolutely love this office. The staff are all so friendly and Dr. Lisa is so knowledgeable, attentive and caring! Monique, the dental hygienist who did my cleaning, gave me by far the best cleaning ever!!! She was so meticulous and I was so pleased. I will be now going every 4 months for cleanings, it’s an absolute must!"

"Wow! I switched dentists as a matter of convenience as my insurance changed and I happened to be working in the same building. Fast forward to working a different job that is farther but STILL going to Integrative Dental Care. Clean waiting area. Super helpful, fast and efficient receptionists. Hygienists have a soft but effective touch to clean teeth and dentists are the most amazing. Truly concerned for well being and caring. I had an emergency and got in even with my crazy work hours. They don’t rush you and even have cute little chapsticks to give away in the goody bag. I have been a patient a little over 5 years and I’m staying !"
