"After spending over $7000.00 on repairs at Morristown location on my 2006 Saab 93 aero convertible from accident 4 years ago learned from Saab specialist roll bars were set back, but lock boxes were never installed, headlights never adjusted properly, front spoiler reattached with epoxy and screws and headlamp washers not tightened. Kurt agreed to afix and paint the lower spoiler and tighten headlamp washers no charge. Was going to Grieco Saab for service from Denville Bear and Body after picking Saab up. Upon arrival at Grieco the light above spoiler not working. A new bulb was tried and not the fuse. The issue was wiring done wrong as neither lower lights were right. Also headlamp washers needed a valve to spray properly. The rewiring charge $345.00. Called Kurt and he denied rewiring improperly and said he was aware of the problems and wasn’t going to pay for the repairs. He should have told me if the problems when I picked the car up but didn’t. It was at his shop the wiring was done wrong. Thankful to Grieco Saab for fixing the problems, but very unhappy Murt wouldn’t take responsibility for the repair charges. Was happy he was doing work free, but poor work and not telling me left me with a big charge. Had used them for over 10 years with no problems until this accident. His repair bill for original work was $7,000.00+. Very bad experience. Stay away!!"

"After having all of my auto body work done here since the turn of the century, I just brought my 2010 Mercury Milan in for some minimal front passenger side body work. You can imagine my surprise and dismay when the manager DECLINED to take the job! From what I could ascertain, I’m a Progressive customer, and since Progressive no longer recommends his shop, he kicks their customers to the curb. I was a Geico customer for the previous jobs they did. I’m disgusted that they turned me away after waiting three months for an appointment. Looks like I’m going to Newton Auto Body since this shop does not want my business. The manager even told me he can’t get the parts, which is just nonsense, since I found them all readily available for under $2500. It was absolutely ridiculous for the manager to refuse to fix my car. I will never bring another vehicle to Denville Bear & Body, period. Thanks for nothing. To add insult to injury, they yanked my damaged headlight right out of the car, and I had to spend a couple of hours trying to finnagle it into place. In the process, the high beam stopped working, so make sure you tell them explicitly not to damage your vehicle further until your insurer authorizes repair work to begin, otherwise they may actually do more damage to your car."
