"I have to say I am terribly disappointed at this practice. First for me, dentist White recommended unnecessary dental work without even questioning me or looking at my teeth. Never went back there for me but continued to go with the kids for whom they were doing Ok job. Very recently they proposed a preventative treatment sealant for my children. I asked to check the insurance coverage. They told me both are covered if it is done before 16th birthday of my oldest. I make the appointment. The day of the appointment I get a call from the office informing me it is not covered by the insurance for the older one. Either they lied flat out to me when they said they checked the insurance or they are incompetent understand the coverage. Very disappointing and it diluted the minimal « trust » I had in them. Dentists seem to be a scam profession in the US, trying to make money out of you rather than truly caring for the teeth. Watch out when you go there and check what they tell you is covered or not. The bill can be hefty."

"This practice was recommended by a friend and before i went in i asked them if they accept my insurance! They actually double checked and called me back to confirm!The staff is very professional, friendly, especially Doreen and Miriam ! Dr.White& Dr.Simms have amazing bedside manners which makes the experience more of a breeze than stressing out about dental work! I highly recommend this dental practice!"
