"My review is based on a long story of booking an updo online and goes like this: the computer system mistakenly confirmed my booking when in fact the stylist was not available (IT issue)...you would think the tale would end tragically but it did not. Even though Ronnie, the salon owner, had customers, he took the time to consult with me once he was done with his bookings and to personally style my hair for a dear friend’s wedding this past Friday. He could have said “oh so sorry, our computer had a glitch, here’s a coupon” and referred me out, or something to that effect, but he instead took well over an hour to make my hair look so fabulous I wanted to cry haha. He said, “Don’t worry, we’ll take care of you!” Typically, cuts and color are his specialties, but he literally master-crafted an exquisitely gorgeous updo that made my night. He would not let me leave until it was perfect!! Seriously. I can’t wait to go back for an actual haircut and style. He and his team are incredible. Thank you all so much! xo"
