"Absolutely worst shop ever. Would give 0 stars if possible. Brought car in for simple repair. They lost my keys and took forever to replace. Not surprised as their counter was a mess with forms and keys to cars parked outside for anyone to take. Office doors not locked and nobody in office. Didn’t use in the end. DO NOT USE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR!"

"Horrible communication - avoid if possible. Attempted to bring my car there after an accident because insurance recommended. 3 phone calls and 3 emails later, completely unresponsive. Kept telling me on the phone they'd call me back - never did. I'd advise bringing your car elsewhere."

"Very friendly and professional. The work was excellent. I had some crazy lady from Chester sideswipe my car and then flee the scene of the accident, fortunately I saw her license plate and called the police. My insurance company Allstate recommended Mendham Auto Body for the repairs. I was so upset about the damage but they did an amazing job and My Range Rover looks brand new. I highly recommend them!!!"

"I read the previous review and had the exact OPPOSITE experience. Ray and Eileen were very responsive. The job was NOT done to my expectations the first time through and they never waivered to get my vehicle back in until it met my standards. Both professional and knowledgable, they treated my GT350 with care. The attention to detail for my experience was my primary concern. Ray Tringali never failed, he met all my expectations. They got the job done right. BTW, I went there on a friends recommendation. Obviously they did a great job for him as well. I recommend them highly. Can you see where they repaired? I can't!"

"Customer giving false information on his repairs. Customers vehicle was deemed a total loss by the Insurance company. Mendham Auto Body agreed to repair the vehicle and also agreed to let the customer purchase another total loss vehicle from out of state and we would use the parts he needed to repair his vehicle to get him back on the road, This is not a practice normally used to let a customer buy his own parts which was the same color of his vehicle and use those parts making no profit on the parts or paint time to paint these parts. The shop did this because the customer pleaded to fix it because he couldn't afford a new car. The procedure with the Insurance company and the customer shipping in the car took about 4 weeks. The shop repaired the vehicle properly in a timely manner. The vehicle was taken to the dealership right next to the shop to have a air bag light diagnosed because the shop doesn't have the computer needed to diagnose air bag problems. The customer came in the shop on a regular basis during the repair and couldn't thank me enough for getting his car back on the road. In the end going against my better judgement not to fix this car the customer now is online constantly posting negative reviews against my company for the last several months. I have been dealing with customers in the Auto Body business since 1980 almost 40 years and never had a bad review from a customer like this. Now I see online this customer has given many one star rating to businesses in Mendham so you can decide who is right and who is wrong"
