"Dr. Banasiak himself is very thorough and professional! We are happy with the results our son got after he removed the braces! However dealing with his staff is not easy at all! If you don’t show up for one appointment, they make it very hard to book the next one and it gets harder every time! I would like to ask Dr. Banasiak to work with them and let them be more accommodating and flexible! Our experience with the staff was not a pleasant one at all! My son misplaced his retainers and I so I have to go back for a replacement! However, I dread going back because I have to meet the staff again!"
