"Terrible experience!!! not recommended at all. Take your car somewhere else to get it fixed they’re just wasting your time. After 3 months they told me my car was not reparable and it wasn’t totaled or anything it was just the back bumper and some sensors. Lost a perfectly good car to them. Not recommend at all"

"Terrible experience! After 9 months they still did not have all the parts for my car. They claimed "They do not know when they can get their hands on a hood" I called for weekly updates in the beginning, as months went on, I would call, and no one could tell me if the parts were there or not. I was completely ghosted after 8 months of waiting. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Manager Matt is a liar! Lies to cover up mistakes he has made. Tried to blame not calling me back on the receptionist not giving him the messages. Had to get my insurance check back and take my car to Forrest Grove Auto Body (they had my parts in 4 days, fixed my vehicle beautifully in 10 days). Waste of time and not professional at all!"
