"All Chinese parts. Tailgate doesn't line up with body. Didn't realize until after I left, and The handle feels cheap and is Chinese aftermarket as well. Bumper is probably aftermarket also, but looks fine. For $5000 for a bumper and tailgate, you would think they use OEM parts, and make sure the alignment is OK. But no. Was razzle dazzled by customer service, and a brand new rental. But my tailgate handle feels like it's going to break every time I open it, and the tailgate is crooked."

"I was in a bad car accident (not to the fault of my own) totaling my car leaving me to settle prices with insurance (company not to be mentioned). I took very good care of my car and any aftermarket parts were installed correctly with documentation of every piece, and of course I kept all of the original parts that I had replaced. The insurance company wanted to try and evaluate the car (with an abundance of additional costs in aftermarket parts into it) as the cost of the base model edition...and my car was even an upgraded spec from factory without all the parts I put on it! In an attempt to save myself thousands of dollars in lost money I had called Moppert Auto Collision to see if they could help me with removing all of the aftermarket parts and replacing them with the original parts so the car could be evaluated fairly. The insurance company had stated this is acceptable but by no means did they make it easy, and I was quite nervous what condition all of the parts would be in after being in the accident. Long story short, the guys over at the Turnersville location were able to get me all of my parts with no complications/damage before the insurance company ever even sent me money. While it wasn't body work, from one car enthusiast to another, I don't usually trust many people working on my car but I was in a vulnerable position with no control over the work being done to my car and I was very relieved to see the quality of service they provided. While I hope to never get in an accident again, if one of my cars ever gets damaged again I'll be sure to call these guys before insurance tries to throws me around. I don't cut corners on quality for any of my vehicles, its nice to say this is one business that won't do it either."
