Jiffy Lube 5781 New Jersey 42, Washington Township, NJ 08012

"Geez....I REALLY NEED to get my oil changed. However with all these mixed reviews on here I'm EXTREMELY WEARY about taking my car here to get it done. I normally take my car to where I bought my car but they are all booked up until 1/26/24. So I'm wondering do I take the chance & take it to Jiffy Lube in Turnersville by the Kohls or do I just add a quart & tough it out til the 26th when I can get in at my other place that I TRUST 100%? I also DON'T NEED any new filters of any sort bc AGAIN, I JUST GOT NEW ONEs THE LAST TIME I GOT MY CAR SERVICED (which was back in August '23) & I'm afraid (since I'm a female) they'll try to take advantage of me. Again, I'm saying this bc of the mixed reviews and I'm worried. I also don't like the fact that ppl have left Jiffy lubes in the past & they FORGET TO PUT CAPS BACK ON OR THEY MAKE THE Car EVEN WORSE than it was when they brought their car in. My car is my baby & I'm sorry for my questioning, but hope else an I supposed to trust a place I haven't been to in yrs & with all these mixed reviews? Most of the negative reviews are basically the same thing: forgetting to put caps back on things or making the car worse than when it came in. Why does it have to be a struggle to get an oil change? I wish I didn't have these concerns. Any advice on this??"

"Went in with a VW Bug for an oil change like 40mins before closing time on a Saturday and they took me in. They were working on other cars but still I was able to be taken care of in less than 30mins! They did a great job! Friendly service and willing to talk about the oil needed for my car! Not my regular auto shop, I stopped by 3 auto shops before them and they were willing to help me out and take my car, that tells me how good they were willing to treat me as a customer!"

"Probably had over 40 service stops here .. replied on these folks to do fuel filters, air filter s , grease tire pressure ... etc since 2011 I needed to find good. Place for service on my truck Was running. All over the USA ( I live in Montana) became very close with the whole staff..... over the years This is the place you can trust ❤️ I know I trust these folks .. and I rely on them because I crossing the country Thank you entire staff"

"Fantastic service as always! Thanks for the great job Glenn and crew! Guys were great as always! Todays joke was it took less time to change my oil than to walk next door and get a cup of coffee at the Dunkin!! I don't remember how many times I've updated my review, but it really is the same - great work, quick service, friendly and knowledgeable staff! Always look for coupons on line!! Been going to this Jiffy Lube for close to 20 years. Some of the guys working there have been there that long too! Owned by a nice family, the LoPrestis they care about their customers. I take my daughter's car here! Very quick service, great job & I've always found coupons to bring the price down. Been several years since I've been here, but was happy to see some familiar faces. Same great service, quick and friendly."
