"THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE WORST WORKMANSHIP. I paid out of pocket (not sure if the type of service one gets is dependent on our of pocket or insurance). The damage was minimal (scuffed up right front panel) the front bumper was removed and not placed right because my camera at the light is 1/2 black. I went to wash my car and the panel is FALLING OFF! In addition to that….they possibly also punctured my tire. UPDATE 10/17/23: After taking my vehicle back to them to show them the lack of “priding themselves in excellent craftsmanship” they reordered the falling piece and gave me the option of taking my car back in this week to have the piece replaced. I notified them of the date I would be taking my vehicle in based on the dates THEY gave me. I called today to confirm we were set when the receptionist informed me that the Manager would not be in and asked if I could take my vehicle in on another day. I requested the contact information to her supervisor and was put on hold. When I tried to call back, I was put on hold again. I stand by my first statement WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Ridiculous! How can you give a customer an option on the date to RE-REPAIR your in adequate “repairs” not confirm and then the day before say you’re not going to be there and expect for them an already dissatisfied customer to change their entire schedule! UNACCEPTABLE!!! Just refund me my money and we can call it a day ! The frustration and inconvenience is not worth it!!!!"
