"I worked with Service Advisor Kevin Saessens for my last two visits. These were my first with Toyota of Turnersville. First was a recall and brake check. All went great with scheduling and estimate. I decided to come back for the brake work based on Kevin's estimate and his explanation on resurfacing rotors. When I came back for the work, the estimate and recommendation on the rotors changed from resurfacing to replacement. I was disappointed and explained to Kevin that frankly the resurfacing was why I came back for the work. Kevin agreed and made an accommodation on the rotors. Kevin was a man of his word and great to work with. A very good overall experience and I recommended this dealership."

"I've never had an issue using Toyota service for anything. They always are straight to the point and don't try & push any kind of services on top of the reason I originally came there for. They'll recommend service or if it's due for mileage maintenance. And it's exactly that. I don't feel like their trying to pad the bill. "My experience with Toyota of Turnersville has left me thoroughly dissatisfied, warranting a one-star review. A few years ago, I purchased a new Toyota Sienna from them. We agreed on a trade-in value of $29,000 for my previous Toyota Highlander. However, when my Sienna was ready a few weeks later, they reduced the trade-in value to $28,500, citing that my Highlander was in bad condition. This was baffling, as my Highlander was in very good condition, and other dealerships were offering significantly more, around $32,000 or more. The reason I specifically chose Toyota of Turnersville over other dealerships was to streamline the entire process into one transaction. Additionally, my old Highlander was a lease, and trading it into another dealership would have incurred several thousand dollars in sales taxes. Opting for Toyota of Turnersville seemed like a more convenient option, helping me avoid those taxes and simplifying the overall transaction. Despite my concerns, I reluctantly agreed, given the urgency of my situation and the desire for a smooth, one-transaction process. To my dismay, a few weeks later, I discovered that they were selling my traded-in Highlander for $38,000. While I understand a dealership's need to make a profit, this blatant discrepancy in the resale price exposed their opportunistic tactics. It's evident that they took advantage of my urgency and need for a quick transaction, ultimately pocketing an extra $500 by undervaluing my trade-in. This experience at Toyota of Turnersville highlights a lack of transparency and fair dealing, leaving me with a sense of regret and frustration. I strongly caution others to exercise caution and thoroughly examine their options before engaging in transactions with this dealership."

Every person from sales to mechanic services and customer care are so professional and a pleasure to work with.
