"My 2018 Nissan Titan needed the roof repainted due to paint flaking in the drip rails on the roof. Turnersville Nissan arranged to have it repainted by Turnersville Collision Center under my factory warranty. I was given a loaner car and my truck sat in the Collision Center back parking lot for 2 weeks. Finally it was repainted and I went to the dealer to pick it up. At first glance the repainted roof looked good. After taking it home and looking further I noticed that the windshield trim was not put back properly and was bunched and twisted on the top of the windshield and hanging off at the bottom. There were also glue stains on the back pillar of the rear window, light scratches all around the front windshield and grease stains all over my headliner and sun visors. Whoever did the final inspection of the truck must have been blind - or didn’t care. I have had good experiences here before but will not be going back. Spent 2 hours detailing my truck the next morning and was able to get most of the stains out of the visors and headliner and remove the glue from the paint. Would be more upset if that wasn’t the case. Make sure you examine your vehicle closely when you pick it up - there might be a problem with the quality control here."
