"After making a reservation weeks ahead we were seated in a cozy corner. The waitress arrived pronto to give us menus and tell us about the specials, I asked her to give us 5-10 minutes to sip on a glass on our fine bottle of wine. She returned in 5 minutes, and took our order. The salad was excellent but was swept away the minute we put our fork down. Our delicious dinners of eggplant rollatini and veal franchise were served and swept away as soon as we took our last bite. Both dinners exceeded our expectations in both taste and serving size. We had Tiramisu for dessert and I think it was the best I’ve ever had. Timing wise it took an hour and ten minutes to eat our salad, eat our dinner and have dessert. The hostess came to our table to inform us that someone was waiting for our table. I was taken back and told her we made a reservation and we were being rushed out. She said she thought we were walk ins. I’m not sure what difference that would’ve made We left our unfinished glass of wine on the table and politely left. Although the food was excellent, it certainly was not our idea of relaxing over what could have been fine dining experience."
