"I made a purchase in store 1003 in Staten Island, NY. One of the store managers was rude and unhelpful. They were rushing for me to hurry up so they could close the store. In the meantime, the cashier left an alarm on my clothes and stamped my receipt final sale... I was never told what was finally sale and now I have to go back to the store to have the alarm removed and exchange the body suits for a smaller size because I was unable to try them on... Poor customer service... I will not be returning after I have this fixed."

"The girls working here are super nice. I can’t believe I never knew about this store before even though they’ve been open for around a year ! I came when I was desperate for a cute top to wear for a job interview. I bought a top that was 50% off making a total of a little more than 11. It was so worth it because I already wore the shirt for two job interviews and it looks super fancy. I’m sure I would have paid more in another place like New York and Company or H&M.
