"This vans location is awesome! All staff are nice and helpful and you're always greeted with a smile. I have been to this site twice and both times my Husband and I went we are helped by Rami. Rami goes above and beyond to help you find the perfect fit and even recommends other sneakers/sandals or slip ons that may work for you that you didn't initially come into the store looking for. Rami goes into detail of the sneaker fit and all the qualities the sneaker or slip on has to offer you. Rami is patient and hangs by while you try your sneakers on in case of any questions or you need a different size. Rami had previously recommended a super comfy cush sneaker for my bad heel that I absolutely love and went back to buy my second pair. While there I had my first set of sneakers on that Rami recommended which made him remember me. Rami is so sweet he noticed I had a band aid on the back of my achilles and recommended a specific band aid that I could buy at Target just around the way from the mall. Rami even pulled up a picture of the specific band aid for me to have when I went to Target! Rami is a superstar, very sweet and incredibly knowledgeable of the Vans sneakers. If you are going to buy your Vans in store and can get to the Staten Island Mall location I would recommend going on a Saturday so you can be helped by Rami. Not to down play the other staff in the store as they're just as nice but my Husband and I have had the pleasure of being serviced by Rami both times we visited this location and have always left happy with our purchase and how nice and helpful Rami is. "Not a bad Vans store. They were very helpful in making sure my husband got the size that he wanted in the shoes he was asking for considering he's a size 13 it can be difficult. They also made some suggestions for the shoes that weren't in stock to those that were similar."

"I had a great experience, Walked in and purchased two pairs of brand new shoes. The cashier Cat was very professional. She cleaned The card reader and Sanitize her station. She knew what new products were coming out in the fall/winter months. Her customer service was phenomenal, I will be definitely coming back to that location to buy more clothes this fall.
