"I had a good experience at the 7 west location. Their shoes are comfortable. The staff was great especially Nelly who could assume what shoe would fit based on the form of the shoe as I have a foot that tends to swell. So because I liked certain items so much I had to go up to an 8 for the narrower shoe and others 6.5 wide or 7 medium. My only comment is a bigger location or expand as items I had online in a basket were not available for example booties. I will be back! Many thanks -g"

"Worst customer service ever. The website crashed at checkout and duplicated my order. Got charged twice and upon returning the order they only offered credit but also charged me for return fee… never ordering anything from them again."

"My favorite shoes! I don’t think I owned naturalizer before. But just recently visited this store twice. Each time I went, a different person was working but equally friendly, helpful and kind. It was a great experience. I bought sandals and boots and they are beautiful and comfortable. I could buy so many different ones. I’m gonna add a lot more to my collection. Love the built in arch support and the fact that comfort shoes can also look fashionable and beautiful."

"Now that they've closed all their stores except this one, it makes returns very difficult. I'd wanted to return two pairs of shoes I bought, for $320.00: the tape used to cover the heel is now coming off! Their "defective product" form and FAQs sound like I will not get my money back, nor will they fix the peeling tape. So, if you are happy with your purchase now, give it a few months. You'll have to come up with a solution - duct tape - to fix your own shoes. . . it is a terrible assembly, and I will no longer buy their shoes."
