"We’ve been to this store twice. The staff have been very helpful. I had a return of unworn shorties that my mom bought me in August for my birthday and I decided I wanted slippers. They processed my with receipt return for store credit and I got the shoes I wanted (with $25 on a card for next time). Thanks for a seamless experience. I will say that this store is more crowded than the one in Tinton Falls but wasn’t an issue for us."

"Customer service is always a miss here. Came to inquire about TODDLER sizes and was shown BIG KID sizes instead. Even though my child was with me and clearly doesn’t fit big kid sizes yet. Another time I came to ask if I could do a return in store for an online purchase and was told that it was possible by one associate. I get to the register and was told by two other associates that it wasn’t possible. Mind you, we’ve driven through numerous tolls just to come to this particular store. Get it together!!! Oh and terrible attitudes by SOME of the associates…"

"Drove about an hour to make it to the store and was advised the manager was shutting down the store early and would not take my exchange. Simply needed to exchange a robe for a smaller size. UPDATE: second attempt this week. Store was closed by 8:10pm. When I arrived, the line barricades were down and doors closed again. Went to the store front to confirm and was denied entrance nearly a full hour before standard business hours!"

"I was happy that I got the last pair of slipper on display, the store crew is so nice to help me get the other pair inside the stock room.after I got the box I went to cashier and pay I saw the guy open the box and I assumed that he checkout if it’s same pair. To my surprise when I got home and about to wrap it. I found an mis match slipper inside I was so disappointed, what if I wrapped it and gave it. Now I got to drive all the way back to return it."

"The line was long but expected as it's a popular store and busy retail season. The people managing the line were even keeled and helpful. There was a store employee who was EXTREMELY helpful. I wish I got her name to give her proper credit. I think she might've been a manager or supervisor. She was EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL and VERY HELPFUL. She made it a pleasant shopping experience. Would definitely visit them again."
