"Sending some love and light to this location! They saved my calve muscles this weekend. It was our Friendsgiving, and I decided to wear heels, bad idea. My calves were working overtime, and I couldn't make it. Initially, we went to Nike on 5th Ave., but they didn't have want I was looking for. Then I remembered that there was a Cole Haan near and wanted to give it a try. I was not disappointed. We were greeted upon arrival, and we went directly to the women's area. To our surprise, they had a sale! 40% off of selected items. I eyed the first pair of loafers, but my girls said, I had something similar. We then saw the Oxford that I fell for. The color, the price, and the sole was calling me. A sales associate saw me and I asked if I needed a size. I told her my size and she returned with both. Tried them on and OMGGGGGGGG, so comfortable and cute. Ironically, the sales associate had them on as well. She was able to let me know how they felt on her feet over time. I was sold! I later found out her name was Alexandria. She was so helpful. I am so grateful I stopped by. I got a two for one, I can wear them to work and when out and about...a win is a win! Friendly staff, clean establishment."

"Terrible customer service. Went in at 5pm on Monday to buy a pair of shoes. I looked around some and found what i wanted to try on. I had to go up to two employees to tell them i wanted to try the shoes in a size 8 because although they saw me carrying a shoe looking for someone, neither came to help me. Then 5 minutes later one of the employees had to come up again to ask me the size. I said size 8. 5 minutes later they bring me a size 9. I again say i had asked for a size 8. Then about 5 minutes later they once again have to ask what size i asked for. I said 8 but then i hear them say 8 and a half into the ear piece so i have to say for the fifth time my size. Once i finally get my shoes i am handed the box and the employee doesn’t come back until i am holding the box to try to pay. The person at the register also seemed like she didn’t want to be there and i didn’t even get so much as a hello. If i wasn’t in a hurry to get some shoes i wouldn’t have actually purchased from here because the customer service was so terrible. Had it had been busy i could have excused a lot of it, but until i was leaving there were maybe only two other people in the store"

"They are fraud. Don't ever buy anything from them. It's been 2.5months that I have returned my shoes and they haven't refunded the amount yet. They don't even respond properly and just apologize all the time without solving this issue. Don't ever buy anything from them."

"Terrible customer service by Suze! She’s very eager to get into confrontation, wants to create problems instead of solve them. Informed the manager Mauricio -didn’t do much about it. based on other peoples review, looks like others have experienced the same. That should say something."

"Poor customer service! The girls who was supposed to bring me shoes, kept me sitting and waiting for 20 mins. After i asked if she was able to find the size , she claimed that she couldn’t find it and totally forgot to inform me. The manager need to look into the labour hours. They were definitely running around."
